Founded in 1969, the Peter P. Bollinger Investment Company has been recognized for quality real estate development since day one. Projects initially involved freeway-oriented commercial developments, but we sharpened our focus early on and today develop shopping centers and residential properties through out Northern California.
Our real estate arm was established in 1968, and provides expert leasing and management services with an attention to detail our tenants, employees, contractors and clientele appreciate.
