Chief Financial Officer

Clark began his career with the Kansas City, Missouri office of Arthur Young & Co. conducting audits on large real estate projects and investment transactions. After working for a regional CPA firm syndicating multifamily tax shelters, Clark moved into investment banking structuring securities for real estate and municipal clients throughout the Midwest.

Since 1993,Clark has held various CFO and VP positions for retail, office and entertainment developers. While at Hines Interests, Clark led the engineering of a tax exempt financing to fund the $250 million renovation of Kansas City’s Union Station into an inter-active children’s science museum. Clark also managed the acquisition of the Phoenix Coyotes NHL franchise along with the collateral negotiation of various agreements with the City of Glendale, Arizona for the development of the sports arena and the surrounding West gate entertainment district.

Clark is a 1984 Magna Cum Laude graduate from the University of Missouri’s School of Accountancy and was inducted into Beta Gamma Sigma. He is a former licensed CPA in Missouri and held four NASD securities licenses.
