Yoncie D. Griswold

Yoncie Griswold, Vice President, of Inter-Cal’s property management team, has been employed with the company for over 25 years. She manages several properties within the portfolio consisting of shopping centers, industrial and miscellaneous properties. In addition,Yoncie is involved with the remodeling of several of the properties; most recently Lake Crest Village located in the Pocket-Greenhaven area of Sacramento. She formerly worked with Safeway Stores, Inc. for 12 years within their Real Estate, Construction and Design departments. Ms. Griswold is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). When not involved in the day-to-day operation of property management, Yoncie spends time caring for senior citizens within her community. In addition, she enjoys reading, decorating, scrap booking, traveling and being with family and friends.
